Wild Kratts to Launch Apparel at Old Navy, Renews Multi-Year Partnerships

WildKrattsThis September, Wild Kratts will introduce a new range of T-shirts exclusively at Old Navy stores in the U.S., and later expand to Canada and other territories, as well as e-commerce. The new apparel offerings will include short-sleeved boys t-shirts in sizes 12 months to 5T beginning this fall. The Wild Kratts product range will later expand to Canada, other territories and e-commerce.

In addition, multi-year partnership renewals with Wicked Cool Toys will feature an expanded range in the U.S. and Canada, Pressman will add new puzzles and games, and Whole Foods Market will expand its products based on PBS KIDS series.

Wild Kratts Live Tour Show to Debut in September

WildKratssLive2.0A theatrical production inspired by the PBS KIDS series Wild Kratts will debut in venues nationwide beginning this September. Tickets for Wild Kratts Live 2.0–Activate Creature Power are now available, and a list of 2018 tour dates and information are available at wildkrattslive.com. Additional dates and cities for next year will be announced soon.

In Wild Kratts Live 2.0, the Kratt brothers take to the stage to activate new creature powers. With help from Aviva and the rest of the Wild Kratts team, the brothers confront a comedic villain and share information about some of the world’s most amazing creatures along the way.

9 Story Media Group Licenses Wild Kratts to Discover Kids Latin America

WildKratts9 Story Media Group licensed the fifth season Wild Kratts to Discovery Kids Latin America. The fifth season includes 20 episodes, making the total episode count to 138. Discovery Kids Latin America also airs 9 Story’s Nature Cat and Peg + Cat.

Wild Kratts also airs on PBS KIDS in the U.S. and TVO and Knowledge Network in Canada. Wild Kratts, Whole Foods Market Partner for New Range of Grocery Items

WildKratts_WholeFoodsThis fall, Whole Foods Market stores across the U.S. will include a range of Wild Kratts-inspired snacks, juices, and grocery items. In addition, two new partners, Topix Media Lab and Lightheaded Beds, joined the licensees for PBS KIDS series. The Kratt Brothers Co. will showcase the newest Wild Kratts product line at Licensing Expo 2017.

The Wild Kratts product range at Whole Foods Market includes snacks, juice boxes and juice bottles with Scuba Snacks, organic corn flour puffed snacks made with real white cheddar cheese; four new flavors of juice boxes; and three flavors of juice bottles. Four flavors of organic cereal and three naturally-flavored varieties of fruit snacks will launch later this year. Additional Wild Kratts grocery items are set to arrive next year. DHX Media Launches Wildbrain

DHX Media launched Wild Brain Family International Ltd. (WildBrain), a wholly owned subsidiary of DHX.

WildBrain operates a multi-platform kids network connecting content owners with advertisers on platforms such as YouTube and Dailymotion. WildBrain offers videos for kids ages 2 to 10 and generates approximately 4 billion minutes of watch time monthly.

WildBrain’s content includes Mattel’s Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Little People and Polly Pocket; Iconix’s Strawberry Shortcake; Turner’s Lazy Town; 9Story’s Daniel Tiger, Wild Kratts, and Arthur; DHX’s Caillou, Rosie and Jim and Brum; and videos featuring Play-Doh, Minecraft, Hachette.

WildKratts9 Story Media Group has secured deals for its kids and family content across Asia, as it builds momentum and expands its presence within the territory. Content has been sold to broadcasters in Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Korea for shows, including Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Peg + Cat, Wild Kratts, Monkey See Monkey Do, Finding Stuff Out, and Get Ace.

Thailand’s TV3 has acquired the first seasons of preschool series Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood (80 11-minute episodes), Peg + Cat (80 11-minute episodes), and Monkey See Monkey Do (26 seven-minute episodes). The broadcaster has also acquired all three seasons of the live-action science series Finding Stuff Out (42 22-minute episodes).
