THK consists of six lovable characters with tiny heads, big hearts, and large huggable bodies. The characters include Nickleby the Lion, Twist the Tiger, Dorrit the Elephant, Bagstock the Fox, Heep the Sloth, and Pip the Bear.

Seven20 to Launch Gummibär Plush in the U.S. and Canada

GummibarAndFriendsGummibär expands its licensing program with a new line of plush today from Seven20. The range will include traditional and animated plush, and a mask that speaks and sings. YouTube series Gummibär and Friends characters Kala the Cat and Harry the Chameleon will be introduced at a later date. This agreement is part of a growing license range for Gummibär, which includes mobile apps, impulse merchandise, and men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel.

The Sharpe Company represents the consumer products licensing for Gummibär & in North America and the UK.

Wicked Cool Toys, Crayola Partner for Plush Activity Line

WickedCoolToys_LogoWicked Cool Toys partnered with Crayola for a new line of plush and activities. The collection will include color-on plush that features Crayola washable markers, paints, and more.

Wicked Cool Toys will also develop a line of pixelated art puzzles and creative activities using slow-rise foam. The Color ‘N Plush product line will be available in the fall, and the pixelated art puzzles and slow-rise foam lines available at retail next year.

Aurora World to Launch Dr. Seuss Product Line

drseussAurora World will launch a line of products inspired by the books by American author Theodor Geisel, also known as Dr. Seuss. The initial launch will feature popular characters from the books and will be available in stores later this year.

 

Alpha Group Appointed Master Toy Partner for SpongeBob SquarePants

AlphaGroup_SpongeBobAlpha Group LLC, a subsidiary of The Alpha Group, and Nickelodeon entered a master toy partnership for SpongeBob SquarePants. The new product line will include toys, collectibles, plush, and novelties, and will debut worldwide in 2019.

In the coming months, Alpha Group will introduce a product program for the brand that will engage today’s kids and the millennials who grew up with the character.

Night & Day Studios, Rich Frog to Launch Peekaboo Barn Plush

RichFrog_PeekaBooBarnNight & Day Studios and Rich Frog Industries will debut Peekaboo Barn plush toys at NY Now from February 4 to 7. Ten different farm animals will be available to retailers this spring.

Rich Frog will offer characters from Peekaboo Barn in 66-inch assortments, and the line will be available at specialty, gift, and toy stores, as well as at small and mid-tier chains.

Peanuts, Uniqlo to Launch New Kaws X Peanuts UT Collection

PeanutsLogoUniqlo will release a second Peanuts collection for the brand’s UT (Uniqlo T-shirts) range with New York-based artist Kaws. The collection will feature all-black, NYC-inspired designs in honor of Black Friday. Items will be available for men, women, and kids at most Uniqlo stores nationwide and at uniqlo.com in late November.

 The collection will feature four styles for men and children and two styles for women. Snoopy plush toys that feature Kaws’ signature crossed-out eyes will also be available in large and small sizes.

The first Kaws × Peanuts UT collection launched last spring.

Fun2Play Toys Adds New Licensing Partners for Poo-nicorn Products

The product line will incorporate images of Poo-nicorns on daywear, sleepwear, and sporting goods. These consumer goods join a recently released app, Bloopy and Friends, and a new line of toys available at retail.

Partners include Intimo Kids for sleepwear (U.S.); Happy Threads for daywear and T-shirts (U.S.); Esquire Footwear for footwear (U.S. and Canada); JCorp for daywear and T-shirts (Canada); Jammers for sleepwear (Canada) and pet wear and accessories (U.S. and Canada); and Stoneridge Cycle for sporting goods (Canada).

 

Walmart to Debut Exclusive Miffy’s Adventures Toy Line

image002 copyThis summer, Walmart will debut a toy line based on Miffy’s Adventures: Big and Small, exclusively in stores and online. The line will feature a Miffy 3-inch Family Multipack, Miffy Little Red Plane, Miffy Little Blue Car, and 6-inch Miffy, Melanie and Snuffy plush.

 The line is currently available at Walmart, and new additions will be added next month, including plush, a Miffy house, and several Miffy figurines. Details on the new line, as well as more Miffy related products will be announced next month.

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Hot Topic Partner for Furry and Fierce Collection

Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. and Hot TopicFurryNFierce_BABW_Logo copy have teamed up to debut a bold-yet-cuddly line of furry friends, complete with stylish outfits and accessories, and matching pieces for teens and young adults.
