Brand Central, MGM Partner for TKO: Total Knock Out

Brand Central and MGM Consumer Products partnered for TKO: Total Knock Out, the new obstacle course series, hosted by comedian and actor, Kevin Hart. The show is executive produced by Mark Burnett and produced by MGM Television and HartBeat Productions.

The ten-episode hour-long series premiers on CBS and CBS All Access this week. The TV show features one player racing through daunting obstacles while the other contestants are determined to knock them off course with huge projectiles.




Brand Central Expands Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Licensing Program

Snyder’s-Lance Enters Licensing Arena

Synder’s-Lance has signed Brand Central as licensing agency for both brand extensions and licensing acquisitions for their portfolio of brands.

Synders-Lance portfolio includes some of America’s favorite snack foods such as Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Cape Cod, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps, Late July, and Stella D’oro. Brand Central will look to secure partners for the pretzel brand, Synder’s of Hanover, in categories such as: pretzel bread, pretzel snack bars, dips, as well as restaurant partnerships. The agency will be seeking partners for potato chip favorite Cape Cod in categories such as fresh dips, baking coatings and frozen potato french fries. Additionally, Brand Central is exploring new brand extensions for Lance and coffee and Italian dessert products for Stella D’oro.

Brand Central Signs Reading Rainbow


RRKidz LLC will partner with Brand Central LLC to launch a consumer products program to accompany Reading Rainbow’s recent digital re-launch and classic IP.

The Reading Rainbow brand came to fame first as a children’s TV series on PBS that encouraged kids to read during its 26-year run. In 2011, two years after the show’s conclusion, actor and host of Reading Rainbow LeVar Burton and his business partner Mark Wolfe founded RRKidz Inc. to continue to bring kids fine reading and enrichment experiences. Reimagined for the digital age, Reading Rainbow promotes fun in learning and exploration through its digital service with animated books, videos, and games for kids.

Brand Central will help launch a two-tiered Reading Rainbow-branded consumer products program to utilize both the brand’s nostalgia and history and its reinvigorated future. Brand Central will develop a collection of retro products for adults. The agency will also seek licensees to produce new products that will enhance Reading Rainbow’s digital learning platform, including games, publishing, crafts, activities, and educational products.
