Finalists Announced for The Licensing Awards 2012

Finalists for The Licensing Awards 2012 have now been revealed for the product, retail, and marketing communication awards. The finalists for the property awards categories will be announced at the end of July.

The winners will be announced at The Licensing Awards event on September 11 in The Great Room at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. More than 1,300 retailers, licensees, licensees, and industry suppliers will attend the event.

The Product Awards Finalists

Some 4,000-plus products were entered into the product awards categories this year. The judging panel comprised 100-plus top retail buyers, including those from Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Next,, Mothercare, Argos, Waterstones, Bhs, Amazon, Asda, Halfords, Waitrose, and WHSmith.

These results were then taken into account by a validation panel of industry experts to arrive at the final lineup.
