Jay@Play, Synchronicity Launch New Licensees for FlipaZoo, Boxy Girls

Synchronicity.Jay@Play_FlipAZooSynchronicity, the licensing agent for Jay@Play’s FlipaZoo toy brand, will introduce new licensees and international agents for the brand at Licensing Expo in Las Vegas next week.

FlipaZoo licensees include Basic Fun! and Goodstuff for amusement park plush; Taste Beauty; Global One Accessories for bags, accessories, and headwear; Ethical Products for pet products; Jay Franco for bedding and home décor; and Mad Dog Concepts for pajamas and slippers. Additionally, HuntAR will launch a FlipaZoo augmented reality (AR) app that lets kids scan branded product hangtags and packaging to bring the characters to life on their mobile devices. Brand Central Expands Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood Licensing Program

mr-rogers-popBrand Central, is expanding the consumer products program for the children’s series from Fred Rogers Productions. A host of new products – from collectible figures to Mister Rogers’ signature red sweater and more – will be on the way to retail in “neighborhoods” from coast-to-coast this year.

The new line features licensees including American Classics for men’s and women’s T-shirts and loungewear; Aquarius for calendars, playing cards, puzzles, games, buttons, magnets, and tin boxes; boldSOCKS for socks; Funko forPop! figures and plush; Isaac Morris Ltd. for sweaters and outerwear; ODM for T-shirts and sweatshirts; Philcos for apparel available exclusively in Canada; Surreal Entertainment for beverageware, fleece throws, pins, lanyards, and desk accessories; Trau and Loevner for fashion tops, fleece, and T-shirts; Unemployed Philosophers Guild for mugs, mints, bar soap, enamel pins, and sticky notes; and Wizhead for paper craft models.

 

Jay@Play to Launch Wish Me Zoonicorns at Licensing Expo

ZoonicornAliel.PromiZoonicorn and Jay@Play will introduce the Wish Me’ Zoonicorns at Licensing Expo this May. The plush will be available through direct-to-consumer TV advertising this fall. The four soft Zoonicorns interact with kids as they play with them, and can make a wish when the magical Zoonicorn horn glows.

Three new animated Zoonicorn music videos help young preschoolers learn important life lessons. New music videos include “Yes You Can,” “Let Go,”  and “Never Give Up.”  The music videos introduce kids to the characters and take them on adventures that teach important social-emotional development lessons.

 

Jay@Play to Launch Interactive Zoonicorn Plush

Jay@PlayZoonicornAliel.Promi will launch Wish Me Zoonicorn plush at Licensing Expo in Las Vegas next month. The four soft Zoonicorns interact with kids as they play with them.

Wish Me Zoonicorns will be available this fall, through a direct-to-consumer TV advertising campaign. Zoonicorn will also introduce new videos in its series of musical adventures, and three new music videos were recently introduced for a total of eight music videos.

CPLG to Represent UglyDolls in EMEA

UglyDolls LogoCPLG was appointed as the licensing agent for the UglyDolls franchise in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), excluding CEE (central and Eastern Europe) and the Nordics.

 

CPLG will develop a licensing program across a broad range of categories, with an initial focus on apparel, accessories, and gifting, targeting young adults and kids.

 

Represented by master agent White Space Entertainment, on behalf of global media company STX Entertainment, UglyDolls will premiere a feature length animated movie released via STX Films next year. Hasbro was recently named master global toy licensee, and recording artist Pitbull signed on to the voice cast for the upcoming feature film. Additional projects are in the works, including a TV series and digital content.

Evolution Named Worldwide Brand Management Agency for Tiny Headed Kingdom

THK consists of six lovable characters with tiny heads, big hearts, and large huggable bodies. The characters include Nickleby the Lion, Twist the Tiger, Dorrit the Elephant, Bagstock the Fox, Heep the Sloth, and Pip the Bear.

Bonkers Toys Nominated for LIMA Award for slither.io Line

Bonkers_slitherioThe Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association (LIMA) nominated Bonkers Toys and its licensed slither.io toy line as one of six 2018 nominees in the “Toys and Games for Ages 0-12” category.

Bonkers Toys saw potential for slither.io, a family-friendly game and app from independent developer Lowtech Studios, shortly after the game was released. Bonkers became the first licensee for the mobile game, and created a true-to-license line of products including blind bag collectibles, plush, backpack clips, spinners, squishies, and build-a-slither toys. CozyWingsEpiphany Schwarz and GennComm ImaGENNation appointed Jay@Play as the master toy licensee for Cozy Wings. Created by Christine Mangnall-Schwarz, Cozy Wings is a unique, wearable cape and wings combination for kids and adults that inspires imaginative play.

Next month, Jay@Play will introduce patented Cozy Wings on As Seen on TV in several markets worldwide. There are multiple patents pending, including two worldwide patents. Cozy Wings are also expected to be available at retail later this year.

Seven20 to Launch Gummibär Plush in the U.S. and Canada

GummibarAndFriendsGummibär expands its licensing program with a new line of plush today from Seven20. The range will include traditional and animated plush, and a mask that speaks and sings. YouTube series Gummibär and Friends characters Kala the Cat and Harry the Chameleon will be introduced at a later date. This agreement is part of a growing license range for Gummibär, which includes mobile apps, impulse merchandise, and men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel.

The Sharpe Company represents the consumer products licensing for Gummibär & in North America and the UK.

Aurora World to Launch Dr. Seuss Product Line

drseussAurora World will launch a line of products inspired by the books by American author Theodor Geisel, also known as Dr. Seuss. The initial launch will feature popular characters from the books and will be available in stores later this year.
