Gummybear International Celebrates 10 Billion Views on YouTube

GummybearGummybear International, an independent music and video content creation company, and the creators behind the singing and dancing animated gummy bear character, Gummibär, have surpassed 10 billion views on YouTube.

The video was first posted to YouTube in 2007 on a channel called ICanRockYourWorld. Gummybear International launched its official company channel, GummybearIntl, the following year as the Official Gummibär YouTube Channel and the home for all new and original Gummibär content. It later expanded into its own small multi-channel network (MCN), which now encompasses six privately owned and operated channels with a combined audience of more than 5 million subscribers.

ZoonicornZoonicorn LLC signed an agreement with Future Today to air Zoonicorn videos On Demand on HappyKids.tv, an online kids’ entertainment and education that features music, stories, and activity guides.

Zoonicorn launched three months ago and drove strong engagement from viewers, with 8 percent of views continuing to completion. Zoonicorn’s five music videos will be available On Demand across multiple platforms, including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Sony, Google TV, Kindle Fire, Nook, Windows 8, and Android phones and tablets.

The Wiggles Names Jacqueline Vong Head of North American Licensing

The Aussie Fab Four will begin their Canadian tour The Big Show Tour at the end of the month. The themed toys and book and DVD bundle will launch this holiday season at Toys “R” in the U.S. and at Costco in Canada.

Licensing partnerships will launch early next year and provide new opportunities for parents and kids to immerse themselves in the brand.

GameCoGameCo Inc. entered a license agreement with Steve Aoki to develop an original new video game gambling machine (VGM) game titled Steve Aoki’s Neon Dream.

Scheduled to debut in casinos this summer, the game is inspired by Aoki’s 2014 “Neon Future” album. The first-person game will blend the controls of an infinite runner with the experience of Aoki’s music.
