Alfred Kahn Joins ECOMI

ecomi_logoAlfred Kahn joins ECOMI, a blockchain company committed to creating a platform to pay, protect, and collect licensed digital collectibles, as a strategic advisor. Kahn is a member of the Licensing Hall of Fame and is responsible for bringing Pokémon and other franchises to the world outside of Asia.

Kahn is currently the CEO of CraneKahn LLC and is the founder of 4Kids Entertainment Inc. He was responsible for many of the industry’s biggest hits, including Pokemon, Cabbage Patch Kids, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. In addition, Kahn has represented and developed licensing programs for many iconic brands, such as Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, James Bond, WWF (World Wrestling Federation), Monster Trucks, and Polly Pocket. Kahn’s products have grossed more than $15 billion in sales. At ECOMI, Kahn will oversee the process of securing and managing licenses for ECOMI Collect.

ECOMI has already announced a partnership with digital creators, such as tokidoki, and is in the process of finalizing contracts with many other well-known brands.
