TCG to Debut Miffy Preschool Games and Puzzles

TCG_MiffyTCG will expand its licensing portfolio with a new line for preschoolers based on Miffy. Its new Miffy games and puzzles will be available at retail beginning in the spring of next year.

Miffy’s Adventures Big and Small is a CGI-animated TV series that premiered in the U.S. on Nick Jr. last year in October, as well as in Canada on TVO and Knowledge Network. The preschool series features the adventures of the bunny whose explorations lead to worlds of discovery. Miffy’s 3-D stop-motion animated series, Miffy and Friends, airs on Noggin.

TCG Extends Collection with New Licensees for Puzzles, Games, Accessories

TCG_HometownCollectionTCG (formerly known as The Canadian Group) will grow its product offerings to include a wide range of puzzles, games, and play accessories featuring licenses for kids and families.

The company acquired the Hometown trademark, featuring the work of folk artist Harry Wysocki, also known as Heronim. In addition, TCG expands into home décor for the first time with its new Tidy Town line of storage and play units inspired by kids’ properties. Warren Buffett’s Secret Millionaires Club Introduces Business in a Box

Warren Buffett’s TV and online kids series Secret Millionaire’s Club continues to expand with the introduction of Business in a Box. This new product, from A Squared Entertainment, teaches kids the fundamentals of financial literacy through interactive play. The kit includes toys, activities, and DVDs and will be available exclusively at Toys “R” Us stores nationwide and online later this month.

Just as the animated series teaches kids real-life lessons about earning and saving, the Business in a Box, created in partnership with toy company TCG, provides kids with everything they need to create their own lemonade stand or car wash. The two kit options also include a DVD with episodes from the Secret Millionaire’s Club and a booklet with business tips from Mr. Buffett.
