Shopkins Live! Shop It Up! Adds Dates to North American Tour

The School For Scandal, Startford FestivalFollowing last month’s premiere of Shopkins Live! Shop It Up!, an additional 30 cities were added to the tour for next year. This is the first theatrical production based on the Shopkins toy brand, and the tour will visit more than 115 North American cities through next April. Tickets for the new dates go on sale to the general public on Oct. 27.

Shopkins Live! Shop It Up! takes audiences into the world of Shopville with custom-designed costumes, onstage characters, and unique video and set designs. The show features original music and interactive sing-a-longs, with performances from Shoppies Jessicake, Bubbleisha, Peppa-Mint, Rainbow Kate, Cocolette, Polli Polish, and more. Masha and the Bear to Extend Global Media Reach, Consumer Products, Live Shows

Clan TV released the first two seasons in Spain over the summer, and Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. aired the first two seasons, spin-offs Masha’s Spooky stories, and Masha’s Tales to India. Turner Broadcasting System bought the rights for the season three to release on Cartoon Network in Latin America, and RAI and De Agostini have picked up up season three and spin-off Masha’s Spooky Stories in Italy. Canal Plus and France TV have taken Masha’s Spooky Stories and season three respectively, and Poland Puls TV is on board for Masha’s Spooky Stories. Saban’s Power Rangers Live Tour to Visit North America Next Year

PowerRangersLiveA live show based on Saban’s Power Rangers will debut on stages throughout North America in celebration of the TV series’ 25th anniversary. Saban’s Power Rangers Live will be an interactive, mixed media stage production with stunts and martial arts.

Based on Power Rangers Ninja Steel, six ordinary teens will morph into the Power Rangers to help save cities and the world from an alien threat. The tour will first visit Phoenix, Arizona next February, and visit an additional 50 North American cities next spring, including Los Angeles and Toronto. Technicolor, SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment to Co-Produce The Deep 4-D Theatrical Experience

TheDeep_Season2Technicolor signed an agreement with SimEx-Iwerks Entertainment to create a 4-D theatrical experience based on the underwater adventure series The Deep. The Deep: Mystery of the Ancient Amulet will premiere at venues globally beginning next spring.

The new 4-D theatrical event will provide a 12-minute, 3-D experience with exclusive 3-D CG animation, an original story line, and  special effect. Additionally, viewers will also experience a  4-D experience with vibrating seats, water spraying, bubbles, and more.  The in-theater experience will be available at zoos, theme parks, aquariums, and other venues worldwide. Peppa Pig Live Adds Tour Dates for Next Year

PeppaPigLiveThe new North American Peppa Pig Live tour Peppa Pig’s Surprise will visit an additional 33 cities next year. Following a 60-city leg this fall, Peppa Pig’s Surprise will resume next April in Las Vegas and make its first trip to New York City. The show will also visit 18 cities in Canada, including Toronto. Peppa Pig Live brand has sold more than 400,000 tickets in the U.S. and Canada to date.

Citi is the official card of Peppa Pig’s Surprise, and cardmembers will have access to a pre-sale as well as VIP packages, including a meet and greet with the cast.
