Firefly Brand Management To Introduce Lucha Libre and Rey Mysterio at Licensing Expo

libre wrestleLuchador and Lucha Underground TV star, Rey Mysterio, will make a guest appearance at this year’s Licensing EXPO 2018, hosted by Firefly Brand Management. Mysterio will be available to sign autographs, pose for photos, and meet with fans and potential licensing partners between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23. Firefly Brand Management is the appointed licensing agent for Masked Republic’s Legends of the Lucha Libre brand.

Mysterio is the luchador who turned pro when he was only 14 years old and went on to revolutionize not just lucha libre but all of pro wrestling in the 1990s. His legacy and the Mexican form of the sport were cemented in 2006 when he became the first luchador to become WWE World Champion when he beat Kurt Angle and Randy Orton at WrestleMania XXII.

Firefly Brand Management Appointed as Licensing Agent for Spartan Race

Firefly will seek licensing partnerships for the Spartan Race sports brand in all key promotional categories, with focus on compression athletic wear and footwear, sport products, functional fitness equipment, and lifestyle apparel.

Competitors on the Spartan Race course must overcome natural and man-made obstacles in their path with three timed race formats of escalating distances and difficulties. Spartan Races are open to racers of all ages and skill levels and currently has one million participants across more than 200 events in more than 30 countries including North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Firefly Brand Management to Represent Legends of Lucha Libre Mexican Wrestling Brand

LegendsOfLuchaLibre-Firefly Brand Management signed with Masked Republic LLC to represent Legends of Lucha Libre. Firefly will create a worldwide licensing program for the Legends of Lucha Libre brand and its roster of Mexican wrestling stars known to fans as “luchadores.”

The Legends of Lucha Libre roster includes Rey Mysterio, Solar, Tinieblas, Jr., Konnan, and more. The series’ first two seasons are available on Netflix in North American and Latin American territories.  Legends of Lucha Libre luchadores also appear weekly on Impact Wrestling, another nationally televised broadcast in the U.S., Canada, the UK, India, and South Africa.

zoltarFirefly Brand Management secured a line-up of licensing deals for Zoltar. Surreal Entertainment will create a variety of new products that include ceramic heat-changing mugs, drinkware, patches, key chains, wristbands, lanyards, paper weights, pen holders, coin banks, fleece throws, backpack clips, dice, and playing cards. Rock Rebel will feature T-Shirts at Hot Topic stores and other specialty retailers. Pollard Bank Note will produce Zoltar Lottery Scratchers this summer.


Firefly Brand Management Launches Laura Marano Fragrance

FireflyEntFirefly Brand Management signed an exclusive agreement with Dosis Fragrance to create a branded signature perfume for actress and singer, Laura Marano. The new fragrance line will launch this holiday season and will be sold at retailers across the U.S. In addition to three different scents, specially designed holiday gift set.

Earlier this year, Firefly also announced their deal with Evy of California for the launch of the Laura Marano apparel line, available next year.
