Playmates Toys Launches New Limited Exclusive Ben 10 Toy Line at Toys “R” Us

Alpha Group, Man of Action Partner to Create New Animated Series

 The new Ben 10 series sees the energetic Ben Tennyson return in his original and favorite form, as a 10-year-old boy who transforms into aliens. Ben 10 Extends International Broadcast Reach

Cartoon Network and Boomerang Launch on Fetch TV

Ben10 Vert Camp Image_GCartoon Network and Boomerang launched on Fetch TV in Australia. Animated shows that air on channels include, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, Tom and Jerry, and Scooby-Doo. Turner’s two global flagship children channels are now available on the IPTV service.

Fetch TV viewers will also be among the first to watch the channel’s new series Mighty Magiswords. Boomerang will feature new episodes of cartoons such as, Mr Bean, Inspector Gadget, and Looney Tunes.

Cartoon Network Launches Ben 10 Mobile Game

Ben10Following the global re-launch of the Ben 10 franchise Cartoon Network debuts the new mobile game, Ben 10: Up to Speed. The game launched worldwide on Jan. 12 on iOS, Google Play, and Amazon.

Up to Speed follows Ben Tennyson as he goes on the best summer vacation ever with his Grandpa Max and cousin Gwen. He discovers an alien artifact that allows him to transform into powerful alien heroes. Players will help Ben save the world from evil forces.

The game will launch with a selection of five alien forms and 60 levels, with new aliens and levels added regularly to coincide with Ben’s adventures in the television series.


WildBrain to Manage Turner Kids YouTube Channels for EMEA and Latin America

Ben10 WildBrain will manage a number of Turner Kids YouTube channels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Latin America. New local-language channels have already rolled out for The Powerpuff Girls and Adventure Time in the UK, Russia, Poland, Brazil, and Spanish-speaking Latin America, with more languages following soon. Trans TV Launches Cartoon Network-Branded Block In Indonesia

The branded block will feature top original content from Turner’s flagship kids channel including Adventure Time, We Bare Bears, The Amazing World of Gumball, and Ben 10. Viewers can also look forward to episodes of reimagined series, The Powerpuff Girls, which launched globally earlier this year.

Cartoon Network programming airs every Saturday and Sunday. All shows will also be available dubbed in Bahasa Indonesia.


Cartoon Network Launched Consumer Products Programs at Licensing Expo

updated key art 24x36 No LogosCartoon Network launched its portfolio at this year’s Licensing Expo, including its global launch of the re-imaged franchise The Powerpuff Girlsthe re-launch of Ben 10 in Europe and Asia this fall and in North America and South America next year, and new licensing deals for Adventure Time, Steven Universe, and Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty.

The Powerpuff Girls has a worldwide licensing program with a roster of more than 30 licensing partners in the U.S. In addition to the previously announced global toy partner Spin Master, new licensing partners include Funko, Accessory Innovations, Jewelbots, Sakar International, Bulls I, and Galerie.

The re-launch of Ben 10 will reintroduce 10-year-old Ben Tennyson with international premieres in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) this fall, and in the U.S. and Latin America (LATAM) next year. The series will feature many new and fan-favorite aliens. Playmates Toys is the global toy partner for Ben 10 and will introduce figures, play sets, role play items, and more next year.

Adventure Time has more than 100 licensees globally. New Adventure Time licensing partners, which will include footwear, outerwear, and snowboards from DC Shoes, head phone speaker tags from Astro Gaming, and a library collection and cookbook from Insight Editions.

Steven Universe licensing partners will include also include Astro Gaming, as well as books and calendars from Abrams.

Adult Swim’s new Rick and Morty licensed products will include Astro Gaming products as well as a Rick and Morty Art of Book Dark Horse.
