Peanuts, Uniqlo to Launch New Kaws X Peanuts UT Collection

PeanutsLogoUniqlo will release a second Peanuts collection for the brand’s UT (Uniqlo T-shirts) range with New York-based artist Kaws. The collection will feature all-black, NYC-inspired designs in honor of Black Friday. Items will be available for men, women, and kids at most Uniqlo stores nationwide and at uniqlo.com in late November.

 The collection will feature four styles for men and children and two styles for women. Snoopy plush toys that feature Kaws’ signature crossed-out eyes will also be available in large and small sizes.

The first Kaws × Peanuts UT collection launched last spring.

CPLG to Represent Yale University Across Europe

Yale_CPLGCPLG was appointed by Yale University to represent the university’s brand across Europe and Russia. Founded in 1701, Yale is an American Ivy league university based in New Haven, Connecticut.

CPLG will develop a licensing program that targets adults, teens, and kids across apparel, accessories, bags, and stationery. Products will feature the Yale branding, including its logos and the university’s mascot, Handsome Dan the bulldog. Universal Music Spain signed as the first licensee and will offer a range of men’s apparel in Zara stores worldwide this month.

 

The Tetris Co., Bioworld Europe Partner for Apparel and Accessories Range

BioworldEuropeThe Tetris Co. LLC appointed Bioworld Europe as its new apparel and accessory licensee for Europe and the Middle East. Bioworld Europe will create a line of Tetris branded clothing and gear including T-shirts, hoodies, leggings, sleepwear, headwear, bags, belts, and more. The new products are expected to launch later this year.

 

Condé Nast, Pixels Partner for Print-on-Demand Products

CONdeNastCondé Nast partnered with Pixels.com to transform more than 40,000 images from Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Vogue, GQ, and more into wall art. CapnCrunchCap’n Crunch selected the global brand consultancy Brand Central LLC to extend the brand into select merchandise and food categories. The brand will extend into categories including apparel, accessories, collectibles, and a range of consumables.
