Ranger Rob Series Renewed for Second Season, New Toy Line Set for Release

RangerRobRanger Rob, an animated series from Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana, has been renewed for a second season. The season is set to include 14 new episodes.

The series was ranked No. 1 for boys ages 2-11 on Corus’ Treehouse network in Canada during the fall 2016 season. Its rankings are also high in other territories, such as TF1 in France, Super RTL in Germany, Disney Channel in Australia, Nickelodeon in Italy, Canal Panda Portugal, YLE/TV2 Finland, and HOP Israel.

The show is set in Big Sky Park, an adventure park that features every type of environment for Rob, a 10-year-old training to become a ranger, to explore.

Master Toy Licensee, Imports Dragon, will launch a line of toys based on the series in spring 2018. The toys will target preschool-aged children between 2-5 years old and will include vehicles, plush toys, and small figures. The initial launch in spring 2018 will reach Canada and key European territories, but a broader launch is expected for fall 2018.

The team is set to be at Licensing Expo from May 23-25 in booth H214.
