<p>Based on the popular science-fiction franchise, the performance takes audiences on an exhilarating 30-minute journey offering an unforgettable live theatrical experience for fans of all ages. The show combines fun special effects, audience interaction, and an exploration of real space-age technology.</p>
<p>Produced by Mad Science Productions, under a license from CBS Consumer Products, <em>Star Trek Live</em> introduces a world of discovery by combining science with entertainment to teach and encourage scientific literacy. In the show, the audience joins the Starfleet as new cadets assemble for the first day at the Starfleet Academy led by its best and brightest officers. The new cadets will have to quickly learn the intricacies of living and working in space, modern space travel, and the latest in communication and technology.</p>

<p><em>Family Guy </em>is one of the most-watched shows of the last decade, reaching more than 33.5 million viewers weekly in the U.S., and is the No. 1 TV show on Facebook with more than 40 million “likes.”  In the U.S., the series is the No. 1 TV franchise on DVD with more than 25 million copies sold. The new console game from Fox and Activision intends to tap into the core components of the Family Guy spirit.</p>

<p>Striker Entertainment, led by Marc Mostman and Russell Binder, will be charged with securing licensees in the key categories of apparel, accessories, footwear, health and beauty aids, oral care, and publishing. The CDM Company, headed by Mitch Junkins, will handle all consumer promotional efforts. All categories not specifically handled by Striker and CDM will be retained by the 41e team in-house. 41e will manage the overall global licensing and merchandising program, and has already granted a number of key licenses.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hasbro, Inc. and Aéropostale, Inc., a mall-based specialty retailer of casual and active apparel for young women and men, have partnered for the creation of an exclusive T-shirt collection featuring the Battleship and G.I. Joe brands.</p>
<p>The new Hasbro-Aéropostale line includes both Battleship and G.I. Joe men’s graphic T-shirts and is currently available on Aeropostale.com worldwide, leading into the Battleship film debut on May 18, followed by G.I. Joe: Retaliation on June 29.</p>

All products feature one of Vandor’s A-list roster of more than 25 legendary licensed properties that have multi-generational appeal.</p>
<p>Twenty-ounce ceramic steins introduced this summer feature one of seven licensed pop icons, including Star Wars, Grateful Dead, Spiderman, and Vandor’s new license, The Simpsons. The over-sized mugs are expected to be a best seller for guys to drink their favorite cold beverages from. The steins are microwave and dishwasher safe, and broaden Vandor’s comprehensive line of drinkware products. Earlier this year, Vandor added ceramic travel mugs and sweat-free acrylic travel cups. Both are double-walled to maintain the hot or cold temperature of beverages.</p>
<p>Stretched canvas wall art debuting this summer features high-quality images of legends such as John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis Presley. They are available in a large (11” x 14”) size and a small (6” x 6”) format. The ready-to-hang canvas wall art expands Vandor’s room décor collection, which includes wall clocks, fleece throws, and vintage metal signs featuring classic rock album art.</p>
<p>All of Vandor’s new products will be on display at major gift markets and industry shows throughout the year.</p>
