Simba-Dickie Group Acquires Corolle SAS

Simba-Dickie-Group1The Simba-Dickie Group purchased the main assets of French doll manufacturer, Corolle SAS, and the continuation of the complete business with a newly established company under the name.

The brand’s world headquarters will remain in Langeais, France at its existing location, with North American distribution continuing through Total Biz Fulfillment in Grantsville, Md.

The four soft Zoonicorns interact with kids as they play with them, and can make a wish when the magical Zoonicorn horn glows.

Three new animated Zoonicorn music videos help young preschoolers learn important life lessons. New music videos include “Yes You Can,” “Let Go,”  and “Never Give Up.”  The music videos introduce kids to the characters and take them on adventures that teach important social-emotional development lessons.

 

TCG, WowWee Partner for Fingerlings Puzzles and Board Games

The international rollout began in New Zealand and Australia with more than 35,000 Subway restaurants and feature a Beyblade Burst launcher and two spinning tops in Fresh Fit for Kids Meals. Subway’s Beyblade Burst promotion will include restaurants in the U.S., Canada, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

The Pikmi Pops brand is supported by a multimedia campaign across YouTube, social media, TV, magazines, and PR. Bulldog is currently in conversations for licensing deals across all key categories.

CPLG to Represent UglyDolls in EMEA

UglyDolls LogoCPLG was appointed as the licensing agent for the UglyDolls franchise in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), excluding CEE (central and Eastern Europe) and the Nordics.

 

CPLG will develop a licensing program across a broad range of categories, with an initial focus on apparel, accessories, and gifting, targeting young adults and kids.

 

Represented by master agent White Space Entertainment, on behalf of global media company STX Entertainment, UglyDolls will premiere a feature length animated movie released via STX Films next year. Hasbro was recently named master global toy licensee, and recording artist Pitbull signed on to the voice cast for the upcoming feature film. Additional projects are in the works, including a TV series and digital content.

American Girl Live Musical Tour to Debut This Fall

WebAmerican Girl, a subsidiary of Mattel Inc., partnered with Mills Entertainment to launch American Girl Live, a new musical production is inspired by the American Girl characters. The show will kick-off its nationwide tour this fall and merge character storylines with new original music.

Solo: A Star Wars Story Product Lands at Retail
