Basic Fun! Launches Poopeez YouTube Channel

BasicFun!_PoopeezBasic Fun! launched its new web series Poopeez, which takes viewers into Kerplopolis, a toilet-themed city that features characters, including T.P., Skid Mark, The Toot Fairy, Dumpling, and Lil’ Squirt.

Basic Fun’s collectible toy line based on the web series will launch in January, and a licensing program for lifestyle and consumer products will follow the launch.

Toy Industry Joins Forces with Friends of Puerto Rico to Send Toys to Kids in Need

FriendsofPuertoRicoToy companies, suppliers, and supporters will join forces to bring toys and gifts to kids in Puerto Rico this holiday season.

Woody Browne, owner of licensing and marketing firm Building Q, initially proposed the idea. For decades, Browne has helped toy and juvenile product manufactures acquire licenses for their products. Jakks Pacific, Stanley Black & Decker Extend Partnership

jakksJakks Pacific Inc. extended and expanded its licensing agreement with Stanley Black & Decker Inc., for the Black & Decker and Stanley brands.

Jakks will continue to exclusively manufacture, market, and distribute Black & Decker branded kids role-play tool toys to all retail channels. A new program will also be introduced, featuring Stanley-branded kids products, including toy hand and power tools and toy workbenches. All products will be available at Walmart in the US and Canada this holiday season.
