Filippo Berio appointed Beanstalk as its strategic licensing partner in the U.S. Celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, Beanstalk will help extend the olive oil brand’s Italian heritage and values into healthy food categories.
Beanstalk will aim to extend Filippo Berio into healthy foods such as pasta sauces, salad dressings and kits, marinades, savory snacks, specialty olives, marinated vegetables, dips and spreads, crackers, and specialty breads. Many Americans regard olive oil as an important part of a healthy diet, as it has been proven to lower the risk of heart disease, provide important vitamins and nutrients, and serve as an essential source of antioxidants.

Wind Dancer Films announced a new slate of animated and live-action projects for kids. In addition to the recently-announced upcoming second season of Ready Jet Go!, the company collaborated with Carin Greenberg, Tod Mesirow, and Craig Bartlett to deliver a range of on-screen entertainment projects.
New projects currently in the works include Ready Jet Go! Season 2; The World Wide Webbers; Not A Box; Hello, I Love You; Muse Entertainment; Good Sam. Additional upcoming Wind Dancer Films productions include a range of animated and live-action series and films.
Azoomee, an entertainment app for primary school kids, partnered with BBC for a 12-month licensing agreement. Azoomee launched in the UK Last summer.

Sergei Kuharsky was appointed executive vice president, franchise and digital enterprises, BBC Worldwide North America. Kuharsky joined BBC Worldwide North America last April and was most recently senior vice president, strategy and business development. Kuharsky will continue to report to Ann Sarnoff, president, BBC Worldwide North America.
In his new role, Kuharsky will be responsible for growing revenue across the businesses in BBC Worldwide’s Digital Enterprise and Franchise Management portfolio which includes e-commerce, home entertainment (DVD & EST), consumer products, live events, retail, and BBC Learning. Sesame Workshop announced a new phase of the autism initiative Sesame Street and Autism: See Amazing in All Children, which welcomes Julia, a Muppet with autism. Julia was introduced last year in digital form and will come to life as a Muppet, in addition to a release of resources designed to increase awareness and understanding of autism.
The See Amazing library will add digital videos, books, and e-books, which will be available in English and Spanish. The “Meet Julia” special episode airs on next month on HBO and PBS KIDS in the U.S. and around the world on Cartoonito UK, Australia’s ABC network, and Mexico’s Televisa, with worldwide rollout planned within the year.
